Damian Garcia (1500m), Mario Giannini(10K) podium at Nationals. Iresh Molina does one better and podiums twice (5000m-6th, 10K-3rd). Sister Della joins her in the 10k.
Northern Section
Chico's Taylor Wellersdick sets section 1600m record at state prelims with her 4:49.89, falling .12 second short of making finals. She runs another PR in the 3200m (10:42.65). PV Girls 4x400 relay run NS no.2 mark at state prelims with a 3:36.82. Other NS top performances at state include Trinity's Anica Kormeier runs a 44.34 at 300h, WV's Kelsey Morton 7th place finish in the shot put, Shasta's Naia Kristoffersen, Trinity's Anna Bunce making the triple jump and High jump finals respectively. WV's Isaiah Larceval 1:52.80 800m.
