PREP CROSS COUNTRY 

Pleasant Valley 20, Paradise 40 

Ben Nicora coasted to an individual victory in 16 minutes, 48 seconds over a 3-mile 
course for the host Bobcats, but the depth of the Vikings (4-2 Eastern Athletic League) 
proved crucial as six of their runners occupied the spots behind him. 

Roy Helms and Chad Miller led the way by finishing in 18 minutes to tie for second place. 


Pleasant Valley 15, Paradise inc. 

Diana McGlothlin, just one of three Bobcats runners competing, turned in the top individual 
time of 21 minutes, 48 seconds on her 3-mile home course. 

The Vikings (5-1 Eastern Athletic League) were bolstered by Julia Dunbar, Haley Bowles, 
Emily Ogden and Natalie Hickman, who all rounded out the top five.
